Address labels · private in-browser tool

Free address label maker

Turn one address or a spreadsheet of recipients into a print-ready label sheet. Choose an Avery layout or a thermal label size, check the first page, then download or print a PDF at actual size. Your addresses stay in this browser.

Three steps

Make and print address labels

  1. Add addresses. Enter one address and choose copies, paste address blocks separated by blank lines, or upload a CSV. Check the detected columns before continuing.
  2. Choose the label stock. Select the matching Avery sheet or printer label. Preview the first page, set alignment and optional return address, then review the start position and copy count.
  3. Print at 100%. Download the vector PDF or open the print view. In the printer dialog choose Actual size or 100%, then test a plain sheet before loading label stock.

PDF text stays as vector text rather than a screenshot. The maker embeds a font with Nordic and European characters, and fits long addresses inside each label without letting text cross the cell edge. It does not upload or store the address list on a server.

CSV input

Prepare a recipient list

Use one row per recipient and a header row where possible. Column names such as name, company, address1, address2, postcode, city and country are recognised automatically. If your spreadsheet uses different names, map each field in the controls. Quoted CSV fields may contain commas, and UTF-8 names such as Åsa, Müller or José are supported. An optional order-number column can supply a small QR code or Code 128 barcode for each label.

Bulk text uses one address per block, with a blank line between blocks. Within each block put the recipient name, company if needed, address lines, postcode and city, and country on separate lines. Empty lines inside a block are ignored.

Your addresses stay on your device

Addresses are processed in your browser and never uploaded. The CSV is read locally by this page and the PDF is assembled in the browser. Avoid using a shared computer for sensitive recipient lists, and close the page when you finish.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

What size are Avery 5160 labels?

Avery 5160 uses 30 labels on a US Letter sheet, in three columns and ten rows. Each label is 2⅝ × 1 inch (66.675 × 25.4 mm). Choose the 5160 layout and print at 100%.

How do I print labels at 100%?

In the print dialog select Actual size or 100% and turn off Fit to page or Shrink oversized pages. Select US Letter or A4 to match the sheet in your printer, and test alignment on plain paper first.

What CSV format should I use?

Use one recipient per row and headers for name, company, address1, address2, postcode, city and country. Quoted fields can contain commas. If a header is not recognised, map that column in the page controls before generating the preview.

Are uploaded addresses private?

The file is parsed locally in your browser. Addresses are processed in your browser and never uploaded by this tool. The site does not send address text to Analytics.
